The program will run from January 22 to March 12 (8 weeks).
Start date/time: Wed, January 22, 10 to 1 PM (shorter day)
Regular hours will be: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
End date: Wed, March 12, 10 to 1 PM (shorter day)
Welcome Little Thunders (New Group Name)
We're shifting our Wednesday group name from Wandering Wednesdays to a name that resonates more with our group and the children.
Our Wednesday group will now be called and referred to as: Little Thunders
Welcome Mentors
We're working with new mentors! Welcome Corina and Jackie.
Having more mentors increases what is possible in the space, creates more possibilities for 1-on-1, more attention for the children, different activities and makes it more fun and possible for the mentors too.
Our strategy is to have as many mentors and mentors-in-training available as possible to increase the possibility of nature schools happening and avoid the possibility of mentors and organizers burning out from the pressure of holding too much.
Mentor Training Program
Jorge will be taking on 3-5 new apprentices through a 3-month training program to deliver and practice the foundations for holding space for children, children's culture, nature-based learning, and regenerative cultures.
Let us know if you know of someone interested. This program emerges from the question: How can we make our school and village resilient and regenerative?

Smaller Childer Welcome
We welcome smaller children (<5yo) to come with their parents or guardians free of cost.
This helps us to have more adults in the space, more families enjoying nature, an age diversity that nurtures different parts of the village, and more possibility for children's culture happening. Winning everywhere!
